  1. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. 
  2. All prices are confirmed as per the invoice you will receive prior to payment. 
  3. All prices are excluding postage and packaging. Total delivery charges will be indicated on your invoice . 
  4. We will only dispatch goods once FULL PAYMENT IS received by us. We do not offer goods on credit, lay-bye or purchasing on account. 
  5. Goods will only be dispatched once payment clears and reflects in our bank account. This can between 3-5 working days depending on your bank . 
  6. Due to high occurrences of fraud, we will NOT refund additional amounts deposited to our banking account until a FULL AUDIT and verification process is completed. Therefore kindly ensure that the amount paid is as per the invoice supplied. 
  7. We accept payment up to a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase. After this time, the order will be cancelled and a new order must be submitted. 
  8. We deliver all parcels using either one of our preferred courier companies to major cities in South Africa. If not a major hub, Paxi or Aramex will be offered as an alternative. Once the item is dispatched, you will be notified with a tracking number. You may track your parcel by either contacting the courier company used.
  9.  Delivery by courier service usually takes between 1-3 days. Delivery via Paxi usually takes between 4-10 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within the specified time frame, do not hesitate to contact us via email: info@beadexpressions.co.za 
  10. We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 7 days of purchase, provided:
  • it is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories and documentation;
  • it is unused and you have your proof of purchase which is your receipt.

Returns and exchange requests for items purchased more than 7 days ago might incur collection, delivery and processing fees. However, goods that show a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. 

Please note that any courier service fees are not refundable.
